Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product is unopened and unused. Please handle both the product and its packaging with care. If the product or packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, we may charge you for any resulting loss in value. Therefore, please ensure that the product is properly packaged when returning it.

After cancelling your purchase, you have an additional 14 days to return your product.
Once your return has been processed, you will receive a refund of the full order amount, including the original shipping costs. Only the costs of returning the product from your address to our webshop are at your own expense. We will refund the amount due within 14 days after you have registered your return, provided that the product has already been received by us in good condition.
Please note that actual product colours may differ from the colours displayed on your screen due to monitor settings. Variations in colour are therefore not considered a valid reason for returning a product.
Should there unexpectedly be a quality issue with your product, you may return the item within 14 days of purchase after consulting our Customer Service department.
For electrical devices that have already been put into use and unexpectedly develop a quality issue, please contact our Customer Service department before submitting the product for repair.
