All-round Marketing & Communication (24–36 Hours)
Are you creative, organised, and ready for a new challenge within a growing international company? Do you enjoy combining graphic design, marketing, communication, and customer contact? WWBD Group is looking for an All-round Marketing & Communication Support to join our team in Valkenswaard, the Netherlands.
Location: Valkenswaard, the Netherlands
Hours: 24–36 hours per week
Position: All-round Marketing & Communication Support
Your role
- Graphic Design & Creative Content
- Designing labels, packaging, catalogues, colour charts, and other printed materials.
- Creating visual concepts and promotional materials for campaigns, product launches, and events.
- Preparing print-ready files.
At least 10 hours per week will be dedicated to graphic design.
- Marketing & Communication
- Creating email campaigns, newsletters, and social media content.
- Supporting product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Creating content to strengthen our brands and support sales.
- Customer Contact & Sales Support
- Responding to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and telephone.
- Providing product information and helping customers find the right products.
- Maintaining positive customer relationships and supporting sales activities.
What are we looking for?
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator is essential
- Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English
- HBO-level working and thinking ability
- A creative eye and an interest in graphic design, branding, and visual communication
- Knowledge of AI tools and how to use them for graphic design, content creation, and marketing is a strong advantage.
- A proactive, independent, and hands-on attitude
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A customer-oriented mindset and commercial awareness
- Previous experience in graphic design, marketing, or communication is preferred, but talented starters with a strong portfolio are also welcome to apply
- Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads is an advantage
- Knowledge of the professional nail and beauty industry is a major plus
