Everything about TPO

Over the past few weeks, we have received many questions from concerned distributors, salons, and
home users regarding nail products containing TPO (Trimethylbenzoyl Diphenylphosphine Oxide). This
comes in response to new European legislation that prohibits the use of TPO as an ingredient in nail
products as of September 1, 2025.

This means that from that date onward, nail products containing TPO may no longer be sold.

As for the use of TPO-containing products by professionals (such as salons) after September 1, 2025,
there is still no complete clarity. Although the sales ban has been established at the European level,
the interpretation and enforcement vary by country. Each country will likely determine for itself to
what extent usage after this date will still be permitted.
