General training conditions
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.COURSE TIMES
Daytime training is from 10.00 to 13:00 or 13:30 to 16:30 hours. Evening training is from 18.00 to 21.00 hours. ½ day of class is equal to 1 evening. Registration and set up work table 15 minutes before the start of each class. Start new courses according to schedule. Courses should always be taken on the agreed dates. For each lesson you should bring a practice model (your practice model should be 16 years or older). If you cannot find a practice model you can always work on your own nails.
2. CANCELLATIONS
2.1 CANCELLATIONS: These should be made 48 hours before the start of the workshop and/or course. In the case of a course on Monday, these must be made by telephone to the training department before 09.00 on Monday morning. Workshops: If you cancel in time, the lesson will be rescheduled in consultation. If you do not attend one of the workshops or cancel too late, we are forced to charge the cost of tuition. You will then need to re-register for this workshop. Course: It is also essential here to cancel for the class, but the class will not be rescheduled, the class can then be followed online through the designated Facebook Group. All course dates must be followed and will be set at registration.
2.2 CANCELLATIONS: From the day of registration for a training course or workshop, the student will be given 14 days to reconsider. Within these 14 days the training or workshop can be cancelled free of charge. After these 14 days the following regulation shall apply: 1. In case of cancellation up to 14 days before the first day of class, 10% of the course fee shall be due to Beauty Company. 2. In case of cancellation within 14 days before the first day of class, 25% of the class fee shall be due to Beauty Company. 3. In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the start of the course and/or workshop, the lesson day will be cancelled and in case of a workshop, the costs will be 100% of the invoice amount.
2.3 FORCE MAJEURE: If in case of force majeure on the part of Beauty Company the training cannot be carried out on the specified date, a new date shall be set by mutual agreement. All other agreements shall remain in force. Beauty Company cannot be held liable in any way for any damage and costs involved in the change of date.
3. PACKAGES
All packages are excluding VAT and must be paid within 8 days after receipt of the invoice. During the course you will work with your own materials and products which you also need to practice at home. Extra products can always be purchased in our store with 15% discount on the salon price. This discount is valid up to one year after the start of the course. Package prices depend on composition, number of products and sizes. You will always work with our own quality brands NailPerfect and Astonishing as well as the global A-brands: EzFlow Nail System and IBD.
4.COURSE MONEY

5. PAYMENT
Payments must be made within 8 days after receipt of the invoice and can be made in cash, by PIN or by transfer to our account at ABN Amro Bank nr. 61.13.65.316 in the name of International Beauty Partners B.V. mentioning OPLEIDING, the invoice and debtor number. In the event of late payment, 4% interest will be charged automatically. In case of collection, the participant will have to pay the collection costs of 15%.
6. PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
To participate in a training and/or workshop with Beauty Company you have to be 16 years or older. Registration as a student is done by sending the fully completed registration form by mail or post or by filling out the registration form on location. By registering, the student enters into a course agreement with Beauty Company, commits to the course for the entire duration of the course and obligates the student to pay the full course fee. Questions (via e-mail, phone, letter, etc.) of an administrative nature or related to the course will be answered within 3 working days. Questions that require longer processing time will be answered within 3 business days with a notification of receipt and an indication of when a response can be expected. Packages: Packages must be paid for immediately upon receipt. No products can be deducted. Returning packages or parts of packages is not possible. Courses cannot be transferred to another person.
7. PRICES
All this subject to printing errors or changes. We reserve the right to change prices, content of packages, models, colors and to replace products.
8. LIABILITY
International Beauty Partners B.V./Beauty Company is not liable for the consequences of treatments before, during or after training or for the use or misuse of products. The use of nail styling products can cause a hypersensitivity or allergic reaction in some people, such as reddening of the skin, itching or blisters, for which we take no responsibility. In these cases, stop using the products immediately and, if necessary, switch to another method. In addition, consult your physician. Asthma patients have a higher risk of hypersensitivity. In case of pregnancy, consult your physician first. International Beauty Partners B.V. accepts no liability whatsoever for this or for the financial aspects or any returns or turnovers arising from the activities or the absence thereof. The wearing of a mouth mask, rubber gloves as well as the use of an extraction system is mandatory while working. Read directions for use and warnings on products carefully. Products are for professional use, not for use on the skin. Observe the instructions for use.
9. COMPLAINTS
Quality and customer satisfaction are of paramount importance to Beauty Company. We therefore do everything possible to ensure that the training courses run to your satisfaction. Should you, as a student, be dissatisfied with a certain situation or find that a training course is not running to your satisfaction, you can always file a complaint or make a suggestion to improve the situation or training. All complaints are handled confidentially. You can make your complaint known to the training coordinator by telephone (T 040-2069509), by e-mail ([email protected]) or by post. You will be contacted within 2 weeks after receipt of the complaint. All verbal or written complaints will be taken up by the training coordinator and handled within six weeks. The management of Beauty Company will see to it that the complaint is dealt with immediately and adequately. If the complaint cannot be resolved, the complaint will be filed with an independent complaints committee namely Gorge Nails. The advice of the complaints committee is binding. 10. PRIVACY
Information provided by students and institutions shall be treated confidentially by Beauty Company, its staff and/or persons working for it. Beauty Company shall only use this information to inform or continue to inform students about its programs or related information. Beauty Company shall not sell personal data to third parties.
11. OWNERSHIP
All teaching materials used by Beauty Company are copyrighted (brochures, manuals, course materials, step-by-step plans). Without the express written permission of Beauty Company (or other copyright holder as stated on the work), no data from portions and/or excerpts or any material may be published or reproduced in any way.
12. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When you register for a workshop/course with Beauty Company you automatically agree to the general terms and conditions. You must respect and comply with the general terms and conditions at all times.
