Usage:
- Apply one layer of China Glaze Base Coat (Strong Adhesion Base Coat, Ridge Filler or First & Last).
- Apply two layers of China Glaze Eye Candy 3-D Glitter Polish or apply one layer of China Glaze Polish and apply the second layer with a China Glaze Eye Candy 3-D Glitter Polish.
- Apply one layer China Glaze Top Coat (No-Chip Top Coat, Fast Forward Top Coat, Patent Leather Top Coat or First & Last) |
